Experimental Investigation and Optimization Design of Multi-Support Pipeline System

Abstract The design of aircraft hydraulic pipeline system is limited by many factors, such as the integrity aviation structure or narrow installation space, so clamp support position should be considered. This paper studied frequency adjustment and dynamic responses reduction multi-support through experiment numerical simulation. To avoid resonance system, we proposed two different optimization programs, one was to aero-engine working range, another pump pulsation range. An method introduced in this obtain optimal position. experiments were validate results, theoretical results can agree well with test. With regard avoiding vibration frequency, test revealed that first natural far from frequency. And sweep showed no occurred on engine range after optimization. Additionally, frequencies have been adjusted under cannot lead resonance. sensitivity analysis changing relationships between study provide helpful guidance practical pipeline.
